The iTeacher App offers an exciting and simple new way for teachers to complete their daily classroom tasks. From taking registers to awarding a commendation, viewing timetables and accessing student information, teachers can quickly and easily complete key tasks directly from their mobile device or tablet.Integrated communications including email and SMS allow teachers to communicate directly with students and other teachers in just a few clicks. Helpful system messages and free push notifications also assist with keeping teachers up-to-date with any important student information, school news and timetable changes.The dashboard is organised across four key tabs offering a quick snapshot of key information relevant to each teacher including their current and next lesson, their timetable, cover arrangements, any student updates, absent and detention lists, off games lists, news, bulletins and calendar events. iSams is some of the worst software I have ever used and the app is diabolical. Would give it 0 stars if possible
Same problem as Bryan, 2FA logs me out so it's impossible to log in. Hopeless in the extreme.
Unable to log in with two factor. As soon as you leave the app to get the code from the authentication software, it logs you out. Frustrating.
Very temperamental, frequently experienced dashboard errors and issues with registrations
App hasn't worked for months now, all I get is the purple screen
I can get registers done, which is the main reason I use it (and finally these are fairly easy to access where before they were buried in sub-menus). But it still feels heavy-handed and difficult to use, like I question how well any of the Devs understand the primary use cases for teachers using the app. Case in point: this morning I gave up using the app to try and find out whether an absent pupil had also been registered as absent in the period before. Please keep working on basic usability!
It has suddenly stopped working!
Registering a group is very hit and miss.
Mobile app is appalling. Dashboard rarely loads, if it does, registers often don't save wasting valuable teaching time. I've a Pixel 3A & most everything runs well & fast on it. This app when working is excellent. However, excellent 5% of your day means it's utterly useless. In a world where teachers are hybid teaching across multiple platforms & delivery techniques, moving between rooms & bubbles constantly, a registration app that works is a valuable asset. This app is the complete opposite.
